About Rebecca (Bex) Grace

I love forming insights and making connections, and I love helping others to do the same. Drawing on a career spent in leadership development, succession planning, OD and Culture, I now offer leadership development support in three ways: 1-1 coaching, leadership programmes and team development, and Three Hands experiences. As the NZ Three Hands partner (founded in UK) we make immersive connections between business and community. Specifically we help leaders to identify and connect with purpose and better understand the societal issues facing their customers and colleagues .I've earnt my stripes designing and implementing culture, talent management /succession planning and leadership development programmes for nearly 20 years in NZ, UK and Qatar.I have a wonderful husband and three boys whom keep me grounded, laughing and fulfilled. When I’m not with them I’m usually outside swimming, cycling or running – living my mantra “Healthy Body, Healthy Mind”. I believe that, next to good coffee, swimming in the sea is one of the best things our world has to offer.
