- Efficiently manage and consult on multiple projects including supervising inspectors in the field, project coordination, generating engineering reports for restoration and new construction projects including high rise condominiums, health care and commercial facilities, and high-end hospitality buildings. - Perform initial conditions inspection to determine scope of work, assessing existing conditions for project, writing engineering reports and providing recommendations. - Design and generate plans and specifications for engineering projects including structural concrete repair, steel design, roofing, waterproofing, glazing, and cladding including calculations and manufacturer’s warrantees. - Perform structural engineering, glazing, waterproofing, roofing, cladding, and reinforced concrete design, consulting, and inspections including quality control, writing inspection reports, and providing contract administration for multiple project simultaneously.- Inspect and generate reports as Special Inspector for local building departments under the supervision of a Professional Engineer for structural concrete restoration, glazing, curtain walls, cladding, railings, structural steel and aluminum connections, lightweight insulating concrete decks, roofing, and waterproofing.- Assist Professional Engineer daily to complete tasks efficiently, develop and design permit drawings and documents for pools, terrace decks, windows, and other structural elements.- Communicate professionally with clients and work with design teams to complete projects and produce the best finished product.

- Assist with creation of a Regional Plan for Sustainable Development. Gather, organize and develop data used for land use, transportation, and housing models. - Strategize, invent and analyze future scenarios and existing conditions. Perform analyses using ArcGIS extensions, etc. - Communicate effectively with clients, communities, and companies.- Succeed in fast-paced consultant environment. Maintain responsibilities; meet deadlines and present quality products to clients.- Demonstrate efficient, professional interaction with engineers, architects, surveyors, planners, environmentalists, supervisors, administration and clients.
