Rebecca is an ambitious and accomplished, non-profit program developer, evaluator and author. She received her Bachelor Degree of Social Work from the University of Vermont in 2010 and became employed as a Post Adoption Case Manager. During her work with adopted children, she realized the correlations between how to therapeutically intervene with children surviving with trauma and how to train horses using natural horsemanship. This led her to develop an unprecedented mentorship program, Stable Moments, improving the life course of foster and adopted for healthy transitions into adulthood. Rebecca has developed the program into a replicable, internationally scaled model. Rebecca has over 10 years’ experience working in the nonprofit sector. It was during that work she developed a passion for evaluative measures to ensure program optimization, impact and sustainability. This led her to earn her Master of Arts degree in Program Evaluation. Rebecca has led innovative evaluation efforts to assess patient perspective to improve prenatal and postpartum care. Rebecca serves as the Director of Research & Impact for a large coalition of nonprofits and has found that most organizations, despite their size, need strategic planning and evaluation assistance. With a desire to help, she earned her professional certification in Results Based Accountability and launched her nonprofit consultancy business For Purpose Live.
