I am responsible for providing the first point of contact with people diagnosed with COVID-19 and their contacts, undertaking interviews by phone and accurately capturing all relevant data on the Contact Case Management System. I adhere to standard protocols and follow set scripts during the calls, to inform contacts about the importance of isolation, what to do if symptoms are present or develop and to respond to queries, referring these to the Team Leader, where appropriate.

I worked part-time as a waitress in an Italian restaurant. My duties included; serving customers in a polite and professional manner. Replenishing and restocking the bar, always ensuring high level of stock management efficiency. Helping train new team members in key competencies. Demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of key health and safety standards used within the industry, and answering phones for the takeaway service.

I spent eight months working in a specialist forensic consultancy within the construction industry, fulfilled various office administration duties along with providing technical assistance in data analysis exercises and investigations under the direction of construction professionals. I gained invaluable experience with functionality of various software applications including MS Excel (data input, data filtering, data sorting; hyperlinking to external document sources), MS Word and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (creating, indexing, bookmarking and organising single PDF files from multiple source files; document mark up).I also carried out Personal Assistant duties for the two principal directors including organising (and reorganising) frequent travel bookings as required and assisted in updating office health and safety documents and manuals.
