Current Responsibilities:• Social Media Management & Content creation based off stock available in store. • Managing the store’s woocommerce site through the addition of products, graphics, and product information.• Website management and design with Wordpress.• Creation of In Store Marketing Material such as brochures, signs, window graphics and TV Slides. • Analysing trends through Google Analytics, Search Console, Trends as well as Facebook & Instagram. • Providing customer service for any emails, calls or internet enquiries.Past Responsibilities/Projects:• Assisted in the development of a WooCommerce site as well as working on the wordpress site to make sure that brand image remained consistent throughout.• Created of 2 catalogs that were delivered as a online flip-book as well as a printed version that was available for customers in store.• Implemented, shot & edited a weekly Gardening 'How To' video. In our first season of shooting, we created 19 videos, which gained over 25,000 organic views to date (Sept 2021).• Curated a successful 'Summer at Spice' Campaign which consisted of a 32 page catalogue, social media graphics, web slides, and in store promotion.• Designing a range of multimedia for Spice Home and Garden, ranging from gift cards, delivery boxes, catalogues & more.
