Responsible for Pre-lease sales of 64 Assisted Living and Memory Care units while under construction. As of May 4, 2020 , We opened at 84% pre-leased and since then we have admitted 76 total residents before our 1 year anniversary of May 4, 2021. I collected 14 deposits in one month to break the company record of 10.

I was a Regional Admisssions and Marketing Director for Macon, Abbeville, Eastman and Jeffersonville, GA. I focused on driving referrals and building census to our SNF's in all 4 cities, built new relations and continued an excellent relationship with the current professionals in the Health Care field which includes, Hospital Case Managers and Discharge Planners, and other Health Care professionals in the community.
