The main focus was on Project Management of the Finance and CRM and Event Management and Reporting and Forecasting streams of work, ensuring risks and issues were managed and identified and active change management had taken place.

Manage a team of 8 finance staff and ensure accurate and timely financial information was contained in the Financial systems. In conjunction with Senior Management, was also responsible for preparing year end information and Financial Statements.
