Responsible for directly supporting 150+ corporate employees as well as indirectly supporting 6,000+ company-wide employees with recruiting, onboarding, internship/co-op programs, HRIS/HCM support, wellness, benefits, LOA, AAP/EEO, compliance, policy administration, I-9 maintenance, terminations, training & development, performance management, absence management, acquisitions, and employee relations.During my time in this role, I completed the following key projects:- I implemented a wellness program and helped organize an HR conference for global HR members.- I spearheaded an I-9 virtual training program that focuses on compliance, reverifications, audits, and purging. - I was HCM support for the implementation of a new HCM/HRIS system which included core HR, recruiting, attendance, performance management, and more. - Working with IT, I was part of implementing an AI bot to our intranet that HR users and employee can utilize for asking policy-related questions.

Responsible for the following with 1300+ employees: Unemployment, COVID-19 mitigation, auditing counseling forms, 30/60/90-day reviews, employee relations, bulletin board and compliance communications, onboarding & orientation, I-9 administration, benefit reconciliation, open enrollment, FMLA assistance, terminations, exit interviews, job descriptions, safety, and workers compensation.During my time at WeatherTech, I implemented an employee appreciation committee, an employee spotlight program, and an anniversary milestone program all within my first year. I also was a key part of developing a tuition reimbursement policy. I have initiated a reduction in the number of steps and paper used in various onboarding and offboarding tasks and collaborating with other departments such as IT and Accounting to develop a more organized system for tracking company issued property. Through this collaboration, I was also able to take our pre-employment process digital which reduced workload for recruiting, payroll, managers, and employees resulting in increased efficiency. Additionally, I was an integral part of overhauling the company job descriptions.
