Began as Interim Administrator in April 2018. Responsible for 50 bed licensed and certified SNF as well as 60 bed licensed ACLF with traditional Assisted Living and Memory Care Unit. Winner of Bronze Award for SNF in 2021. Certificate of Need achieved for 5 additional beds which opened in March 2022.

Successfully achieved licensure and certification for 20 bed unit as a new post acute care service line for the hospital. Developed all policies and procedures, hired all staff, and established all processes for the new enterprise.

Started as Medical Record Administrator immediately after college. Became Assistant Administrator in 1983 and then Administrator in 1986 for Allen Morgan Health Center. Added responsibility of Administrator of Assisted Living at Trezevant after its opening in 1995. Provided leadership, vision, and strategic planning as the daily operations leader for this continuing care retirement community.
