• Volunteer position appointed by squadron Commander in writing to work with unit leadership to plan, coordinate, and execute the unit Key Spouse program in accordance with Air Force policy and procedures.
• Improve mission readiness and retention by ensuring families have appropriate information and resources to meet their needs
