Involved primarily with the management and administration of the traditional branch to ensure that budget goals are met and to ensure compliance with all banking laws and regulations. Demonstrate and ensure all branch employees provide excellent customer service. Regularly and customarily direct the work of the staff to effectively identify the financial needs of our customers. Provide onsite leadership, motivation and direction for the branch staff; expand the customer base and branch profitability; integrate products/services with customers' needs and actively participate in the community.
