Rebecca Devine helps people—and organizations—transform and grow. In her role of Program Director, Executive Education at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, Devine partners with corporate clients to design and deliver custom management development programs that include innovative in-person and virtual/online learning experiences, podcasts, and more. Leaning on both her higher education and executive experience, Devine identifies organizational needs and directly links modalities and faculty content to the company’s growth strategy. Devine's experience is broad; she has held positions as group head, portfolio manager, business owner, and educator. Devine has taught and/or helped produce courses on organizational growth and transformation, advertising and communications strategy, marketing strategy, advanced corporate finance, and negotiations. She wrote the go-to papers for the asset-backed securities industry and co-authored "Creating Value to Disrupt Markets" in Kellogg on Marketing, 3rd Edition: https://www.kellogg.northwestern.edu/faculty/research/researchdetail?guid=4efb4bac-b178-11ed-874b-0242ac160003. Devine earned her MBA at Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University while working at Duff & Phelps Credit Rating and Heller Financial, and has a B.S. in Business from SUNY College at Buffalo. An active volunteer, Rebecca is a board member and former president of the Evanston Running Club, a dynamic 500+ member organization, overseeing governance, member engagement, marketing, event coordination, partnership development, and training programs. She is a booster for the American Legion Post 42, as well as an advisory board member for Santa for a Day, a national 501(c)(3) Public Charity that serves and fights illiteracy among our nation's most disadvantaged children. All this experience notwithstanding, Devine credits much of her ability to gracefully manage complexities to her most important role: raising her four wonderful children.
