I spent four months living and working at a school in a small village in the Volta Region. Duties included:- Teaching remedial English with a focus on reading for 4-6 grade classes. - Managed the programs, tracking and monitoring over 60 students that are sponsored by US donors. - Working with families, community leaders and school staff to identify and solve problems and helping to access the needs of the students.

- Coordinated the nonprofits, bike shops, volunteers and staff for five days of bike pit stops throughout the city and suburbs.- Worked closely with the commuter team to recruit teams for the annual bike challenge. - Presented trainings to companies on how to bike safely and how to participate in the challenge.

- Directed coalitions that included over a dozen municipalities, state and federal agencies, industries, and nonprofits. - Managed a Great Lakes, an endangered species and two watershed programs including community and professional outreach. - Presented Biodiversity Project trainings and workshops at national conferences.- Assisted Executive Director with fundraising, grant and proposal submissions, and promotion of Biodiversity Project’s services.
