Perform analysis to identify gaps in performance. Design and develop appropriate interventions, and evaluate results. Projects included job / role task inventories, drafting competency maps. building job competency models, and designing and developing both traditional and e-learning courses.

Oversee curriculum design and development for all courses. Work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to determine training needs. Facilitate operations and sales training as necessary. Evaluate effectiveness of training interventions and make continuous improvements.
