This is achieved by providing the Committee Members, the sector team and GPs with regular updates on developments in primary care in their local area. I take responsibility for the preparation and distribution of agendas and papers for Committee meetings, as well as minute taking and facilitating and reviewing follow-up actions from the meeting. My day-to-day duties include, drafting letters, briefings and newsletters with input from our LMC Chairs and senior managers. For this, I also liaise regularly with external organisations including GPs, practices staff and NHS managers and commissioners in the clusters and local boroughs. For this secondment, I worked at Marks and Spencer Head Office in Paddington. For this role, I worked as part of the Vendor Performance Team as an analyst. This involved monitoring and communicating on Vendor Performance, alongside coordinating the launch of a Supply Chain system enhancement.

I participated in a Graduate Training Programme - this is split into 6 month placements, in which I experienced different roles within the Logistics Industry.

This was my first placement on the Wincanton Graduate Scheme. I spent 7 months working as a Team Manager in Screwfix's fully automated, direct to customer warehouse. For this placement, my main focuses were the fundamentals Warehouse Processes and Team Management. I spent time in each function of the warehouse and managed a team of warehouse operatives in the replenishment department of the warehouse.
