My current practice focuses on all areas of IP litigation, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents. My passion is serving clients and working with them to achieve their desired result.I have experience litigating before district courts as well as the U.S. International Trade Commission. My patent litigation experience spans a broad range of technologies including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, food supplements, smartphones, and video game consoles. I have also represented confectionary manufacturers and sports teams in trademark, trade dress, and copyright matters.I have experience in all aspects of pre-trial litigation, including preparing case strategy, organizing all aspects of the discovery process, drafting motions, taking depositions, and preparing and defending fact and expert witnesses for depositions. I also have trial experience, including preparing trial strategy, preparing witnesses for trial, preparing and managing exhibit lists, and preparing pre-trial briefs and determinative motions. My patent prosecution practice focuses primarily on assisting clients with the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the areas of pharmaceutical compositions.
