Research on the model organism C. elegans in the lab of Caroline Goutte. Examined the mechanism of rnf-5 suppression of the aph-1(zu147) mutation, a mutation related to Alzheimer’s. Constructed and analyzed mutant strains to study the role of rnf-5 in the Notch Signaling Pathway.
