- Primary responsible analyst for the Ministry of Education's budget process in a challenging constrained fiscal environment, facilitated processes to enable decision making on reprioritisation.- Project managed the briefing for the new Minister of Education following a general election.- Part of a team of three analysts responsible for the development of a Schooling Strategy for New Zealand, included extensive public consultation and focus group facilitation. The final Strategy was strongly endorsed by all the teacher unions and school governance bodies who we worked in partnership with.
