Responsible for the maintenance and development of a national portfolio of education clients. Helping to expand our presence in both the further and higher education markets. Line management responsibility for two direct reports.

Responsible for the maintenance and development of a portfolio of education clients across the Northwest. Higher education, further education, independent schools and the larger multi academy trusts. Key responsibilities included leading the deal team, asset and liability pricing, achieving and improving returns, liaising with external lawyers, reviewing deal documentation, tendering/pitching, helping to support the wider national team, managing stakeholders, maintaining an excellent profile/reputation within the sector by attending key events, and line management responsibility for one direct report.

Working with several relationship directors to support existing and potential clients in the education, healthcare, renewable energy, and charity sectors. Key responsibilities included ensuring customer satisfaction, credit report writing, business development including pitching presentations/proposal documents, networking, organising events, and working closely with product specialists. During the final three months of this role, I completed a work placement in Madrid, working in the Global Corporate & Investment Banking headquarters for Santander España. Here, I spent time with a variety of different teams including CIB, FX, M&A, IPO, MO, Credit, and Marketing. Giving me an excellent oversight of the global business and opportunity to live with colleagues from around the world on similar placements.

Supporting a relationship director to manage a portfolio of large corporate clients. Key responsibilities included credit report writing, business development, customer satisfaction, networking and working closely with product specialists.

Managing and leading a team of thirty checkout operators, key responsibilities included interviewing, training, resolving customer complaints, and handling HR issues.

Working as part of the multidisciplinary team in a hospital. Including three placements; Urology, DME, and care in the community. Key responsibilities included patient care/care planning, providing emotional/physical support to patients, and administering medication.
