During my time working in the John Lewis Leeds branch I have become a flexible, highly valued member of the team. Throughout my time in the John Lewis Liverpool branch, I became a highly valued member of the team. I gained experience working on womenswear and menswear fashion. I completed each role to the best of my ability and strived to provide a high level of customer service, being able to advise customers on what they needed tailoring the advice to each individual. The key attributes that I learnt was being attentive and always striving to create a sale through every conversation, boosting the businesses profits. I was also a highly trained till partner, working across different systems within the partnership and would often coach new starters helping them feel confident on the till.
