Specialising in start-ups, I am currently working exclusively for Uncommonly Good People Pte Ltd - a Singapore registered Employment Agency which I helped to incorporate. I have sole responsibility for the entire finance function and perform my role remotely from home. Responsibilities include:• Developing all finance processes and reports• Preparing and maintaining all financial records• Preparing client invoices and processing supplier invoices • Paying salaries and calculating CPF contributions• Preparing board resolutions and year-end financial statements• Liaising with the tax and corporate regulatory authorities

Reporting directly into the Chief Commercial Officer of Mindshare Asia Pacific, I performed a range of roles including:• Supporting the leaders of the Asia Pacific business through the compilation, reporting and analysis of financial information for all markets across the region. This includes top level P&L information, client revenue/profitability data and information on our revenue streams.• Preparing, consolidating and analysing the basis of client fee structures (ie staffing plans and commission rates) across the Asia Pacific markets for existing clients and new business proposals. • Central contact for the Asia Pacific markets for any information on global client contracts.• Advising senior finance staff in the Asia Pacific markets on the clauses and requirements of the global client contracts and supporting them in their completion of the reports stipulated by these contracts.• Supplying the global business team with any financial or commercial information they require from the Asia Pacific markets – whether it is in relation to a specific global client or more general information. This can include information on staff costs & timesheet information, fees, billings, commission rates, payment terms, rebates, overheads etc.• Day to day management of the P&L for Mindshare Asia Pacific, completing all management reporting requirements monthly, quarterly and annually as well as preparing budget and forecast information.• Working and collaborating with a number of different teams – from the media employees when determining, validating or revising revenue forecast projections, to the GL, billings and credit control teams.

I qualified as a Chartered Accountant while gaining experience within the audit, tax compliance and tax advisory functions and working across a range of clients in the Financial Services sector.

Specialising in Members’ Voluntary Liquidations (MVLs), I performed the administrative work and prepared the necessary paperwork to liquidate companies.

I managed customer orders with reference to our available stock levels and subsequently moved into Market Planning where I was forecasting demand for certain brands.
