As a Director, I establish, implement and oversee controls and procedures that are designed to ensure that services and deliverables to clients are provided accurately and timely. I work to ensure the overall quality and delivery of services in accordance with client-specific service model and in accordance with client requirements. I provide strategic and tactical management to Investor Services management teams and operation. My role requires adherence to regulatory services such as AML, Privacy and FATCA/CRS.

Gaining invaluable exposure and hands-on-training on the various aspects of the industry, I continued to advance my skills and financial aptitude.

A Private Equity Investment Specialist, I assisted clients with procedures and requirements needed to hold investments in an IRA account. Analyzing Private Placement memorandums and offering materials, I evaluated and provided appropriate authorization for Alternate Asset Investment platforms. Working directly with clients, I provided guidance regarding necessary procedures and requirements needed to hold an Alternate Asset in an IRA account.

Specializing in energy consulting, Exosystems’ Integrated Energy Performance Contracting (IEPC) model focuses on environmentally smart, value-driven development. Expanding my knowledge and interest in finance and management, I supported company leadership in the research and evaluation of funding scenarios for eco-friendly upgrades for business and residential loans.
