As marketing manager my role is to design and manage and strategically plan all marketing aspects of Archant marketing team. Including implementing and maintaining marketing budget, prioritising projects and leading the internal marketing team, developing and implementing strategic marketing and product development opportunities, implementing yearly, quarterly and monthly strategic plans to ensure company is meeting business growth goals, conducting market analysis and competitor research to identify challenges and opportunities for growth, developing, designing and implementing website features and functions as per market research, working closely with Sales teams and external agencies to plan and execute marketing and sales campaigns, and evaluating product performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics to strategically discontinue or launch product ranges.

Responsible for day to day management and execution of Archant’s Digital Marketing Programme. Including content creation and scheduling and release of content across digital channels including website, email, social media platforms, and other industry relevant sites. Ongoing management and review of CRM, digital ad marketing as well as identifying new opportunities to enhance the brand profile of the business and maximising digital content.

As senior designer at Mogul I am responsible for overseeing and ensuring all projects are up to a high standard and that brand consistency and communication is carried out across all internal and external work. In this position, I also work closely with clients to make sure their ideas, business goals and target market are fully understood and are reflected throughout the design process. I am responsible for creating website designs, social media posts and ads, email templates and campaigns, and presenting my ideas, and results to clients.

My role at Creative Marketing was to project manage and oversee all website and digital projects. This position required me to have excellent design, communication and marketing skills to create well rounded digital projects. In this role I was responsible for creating excellent website designs, campaigns based on key user client goals, regular social media artwork and copy, creating high quality, user friendly websites, overseeing and creative directing all design work that left the studio, managing and liaising with external contractors and creating concise goal focused digital campaigns.

This position gave me the opportunity to work on projects from concept to completion. My responsibilities and skills throughout this position included UX/UI design, build of mobile friendly websites using CSS, HTML and correct coding standards, campaign creation, social media marketing set up and management, online brand communications, mailchimp email marketing, Google analytic reporting.
