Provided sites assistance with key program elements, deployment, communications, and logistics to ensure program standardization across the enterprise.• Strategized to meet Boeing’s current 2025 Environment Goals regarding waste to landfill and was instrumental in driving progressive 2030 waste goals. • Managed energy conservation service provider contract. The program is aimed at reducing the consumption of energy and water usage at select Boeing facilities and involves teaming with internal procurement personnel, fostering a positive relationship with the service provider, and monitoring and reporting program progress to senior leadership across multiple organizations.• Led Boeing’s internal Environmental Leadership Award judging process and ceremony planning. Created schedule of events, content, executive leadership schedules and talking points to celebrate and encourage replication of projects that positively impacted water, waste, energy, and employee engagement.

Executed permits, registrations, and annual reporting for state stormwater, groundwater, and air quality for aggregate mining and related rock product operations. Environmental management of 17 concrete batch plants located in the Phoenix metro and Tucson regions. Lead trainer in Arizona for Environmental New Hire and Annual trainings. Sessions included a range of two to one hundred employees. Project Manager for the multi – event Diablo Burrowing Owl Project, CalPortland’s admittance into the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality’s Voluntary Environmental Stewardship Program and the submission and resultant 2015 and 2016 Arizona Rock Product Association First Place Community Excellence Awards.

Executed federal, state and local notifications, registrations and permits to ensure client’s compliance with various regulatory agencies. Documents prepared included Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure Plans, Environmental Guides, aboveground and underground storage tank permits, air quality notifications and permits, wastewater discharge permits and pressure vessel permits. Researched environmental regulations that pertained to aboveground storage tanks, underground storage tanks, fueling stations, fire pumps, pressure vessels and waste water systems to assure client’s prototypical designs met federal, state and local rules and regulations. Communicated with outside architectural, mechanical and civil engineering consulting firms to properly meet client’s needs were met accurately. Managed time allotment and workload for up to twenty projects with five to twelve deliverables each.

Directed a team of inspectors who were responsible for planning, implementing, and drivingenvironmental compliance for federal and state laws during the “Operation Tin Man” investigation. Project Manager for an internal process improvement initiative that provided customers with a more comprehensive means of submitting reporting requirements. Actively participated in the hiring and supervising the training of new employees on agency procedures, federal and state solid waste rules and regulations and the utilization of internal databases.
