My responsibilities included:- Produce quality online and digital advertising by initiating creative conceptual ideas and effectively interpreting client/consultant requirements of sold advertising from client supplied references. - Create quality UI digital design solutions for online products and websites and ensure production quality standards are met and maintained. - Adjust and reconstruct solutions to required standard, in accordance with product specifications and customer requirements. - Provide technical solutions to specification across the entire online product range. - Provide input and assist with the implementation of process and procedural improvements within online design.- Provide consultants with support and assistance with any technical, creative or digital design issues ensuring the needs of the customer was the focal point of engagement.Achievements:- Won a Pinnacle Award (prestigious within Sensis) for the exceptional support provided to a colleague in regards to a specific claim made on the previous company (Citysearch). I spent over an hour counseling a colleague to resolve an issue by supplying him with appropriate specific information.- Won and placed in many Sensis Design Competitions such as Citysearch and Yellow Pages “Design of the Month Awards” voted nationally by a large portion of management and staff. - Played a key functionary role in a Citysearch motivation team collating and implementing Photoshop and Illustrator skills that my team members requested to learn. This created a more advanced and efficient group of designers and assisted us to meet the Sensis Customer Charter.- Liaised with editors to collate and implement a common design error sheet, which significantly reduced our workload.
