I am a seasoned analyst focused on enhancing my product ownership skills through collaboration with subject matter experts to gather information on product features and advancements. I work closely with the technical team to ensure effective communication and execution of project goals.

As a Recreation Supervisor I am responsible for the planning, organizing, marketing, supervising, and overseeing the operation of various recreation programs. This includes, but is not limited to the department's summer day camp program, youth and adult sports leagues, specialty programs, and special events. Position involves recruiting, hiring, training and supervising up to 30 seasonal employees during the summer. Customer service and responding to questions, concerns, inquires from the public on a daily basis.

(Summer 2015, Summer 2016)Worked as the director of a teen expedition day camp. My duties contained pre-summer work of planning and creating the summer schedule. During the summer I oversaw two recreation leaders and on average about 24 campers between 7th and 10th grade. The summer consisted of daily trips and excursions to local mountains, different amusement parks, and other fun summer destinations. As the director made sure the campers were entertained and safe as we hiked, swam, and biked. Kept up a positive rapport with parents and campers.

Personally responsible for the well being and safety of twenty plus 5th and 6th grade students, as well as guiding the high school Cabin Leader volunteers. Created lesson plans and taught lessons that upheld to the Next Generation Science Standards. Facilitated positive group community among a personal field group made up of different schools and cultures. Led and participated in evening activities that ranged from a first night Carnival celebration, Night Experience, Camp Fire, and daily music program.

(Fall 2013, Spring 2014, Fall 2014, Spring 2015)Personally responsible for the well being of a dozen elementary students at a time. Guided students safely through the woods. Exposed students to the dynamic interactions of the New England forest, while showing the importance of teamwork and trust among the group. Developed a curriculum of special interest classes, highlighting the sciences by using creative interactive learning. Collaborated daily with other instructors to efficiently run and facilitate large group activities that span from team building, character development, and introduction to other cultures.

(Summer 2013 and Summer 2014)I held the seasonal position of teen counselor at Camp Howe, an all inclusive camp in Western Massachusetts. As teen counselor, each week I was placed in a rustic cabin with one other counselor and left personally responsible for on average nine teenage girls. My responsibilities ranged from being able to proved basic CPR and First Aid, to being a positive role model for these young adults. The average day as a counselor started at 7am with straight program all the way until 10pm and only receiving a 2 hour break. As a counselor I have to keep track of the girls in my cabin, but I am also responsible of helping create and run the teen program and any of the teen program activities.Leaving me to build my self confidence, creativeness, ability to innovate, and communicate. Part of the role involves being aware of my surroundings and aware of all the campers. It is part of my role to create a positive and safe environment that allows all campers to feel comfortable and feel the need to be involved and to try new things.As part of the camp staff we had weekly meetings before campers arrived and at the end of the each week was responsible for thoroughly cleaning camp.

I supervised a floor of over 40 residents. Developed and presented educational programs and bulletin boards to help improve the college’s residence hall community with positive feedback from residents. Enforced the College’s Student Handbook. Attended monthly in-services and received leadership training to better serve as a role model in the community.

I was certified in archery and canoeing, and planned daily activities in both areas. I was responsible for the safety of all swimmers as a lifeguard. Oversaw the health of diabetic campers and deaf campers during day-to-day activities, managing up to 25 campers, ages 6 to 16 year old.
