About Rebecca Lim

I have over 20 years of experience in stem/progenitor cell biology, cell therapies and clinical translation with focus on clinical trials. My experience in building and leading multi-disciplinary teams is evident in my track record of grant funding, capital raising and peer reviewed publications. I place scientific excellence and fostering of collaborations at the fore. In 2021, I transitioned from leading a world-renowned academic team in allogenic cell therapy for urgent unmet diseases to biotechnology where I was appointed Senior VP for scientific affairs at Prescient Therapeutics. In 2024, I relocated to the United States where I now play a role in cross-functional leadership at CTMC where novel cell therapies are developed to clinical fruition.
