Thought partner and delegate to the Chief People Officer, oversaw the delivery of FY23 people priorities and co-created the FY24 people strategy. Accountable for People Strategic Change Team and initiatives. Partnered with SMEs on people initiatives and strategic planning. Provided key updates and People metrics to Board and Executive Leadership Team. Accountable for the People function budget.

Accountable for all UK and Asia employees, including oversight of local legislation, policy, procedures, and people risk matters. Managed several global change processes, while overseeing HRBP team. Drove the continuous improvement agenda with focus on engagement and DE&I activities, maximising productivity and leadership capability. Regularly coached and mentored senior and high potential leaders, to identify individual strengths and development needs.

Senior HRBP to the CEO Office, COO, Product and Sales, Finance and Legal Divisions. Providing strategic partnership to members of the Executive Management Team, with support from HRBP team. Supported Head of HR with strategic people updates to the Executive Committee, Board, and external regulators. Presented TCP updates, initiatives and facilitated discussions with key leadership team. Oversight and management of the HR Budget, including the annual review of group wide people costs. Implemented several cost saving opportunities for the company, without negative impact to employees. Partnered with the Head of Employee Engagement to introduce initiatives to enhance company culture and embed hybrid working, including ‘no-video’ days, office days and no meeting Friday’s.
