I feel it is an area often overlooked and not given the attention needed. I want to be able to give people the guidance, skills, and tools to empower them to take control of their financial well-being and give them the confidence and resilience to manage it themselves, no matter what their background or journey has been.An active member of One Manchesters Equality, diversity and inclusion working group, we meet monthly to openly discuss all things ED&I that affect our tenants, communities and colleagues and how we can improve on things going forward.Neurodiversity advocate, I love learning how my brain and other neurodivergent brains work. I helped to set set up and run a neurodiversity forum at one Manchester for colleagues where we can share ideas and help each other navigate the work place and our amazing brains, we also help our work place become more inclusive.
