As a legislative intern in the Office of Congressman Jim Himes, I perform constituent services duties such as answering phones, greeting office visitors, and leading guided tours of the United States Capitol. I also compile daily press clips to keep stakeholders up to date on news involving the Congressman, as well as recent District and State developments. Furthermore, I assist senior staff members by drafting constituent correspondence letters and cosponsor memos.

As a business development intern, I collaborated with the Development team and external volunteers and successfully execute three large scale events. I recruited with and motivated participants in St. Jude Walk/Runs and the New York City Marathon, as well as procured auction items for both live and silent auctions. Finally, I competed on a seven person intern team against several other teams in the St. Jude Intern Innovation Project and pitched an influencer fundraising campaign to ALSAC executive leadership.

As a legislative intern for Representative Turner I researched for Business and Industry Committee affairs, worked on healthcare policy, and co-authored the 2022 Business and Industry interim committee report.
