Created a lap sim, steady corner sim, and transient trajectory-optimization sim. With sims, designed a torque vectoring controller and optimized steering geometry. Performed full-vehicle dynamic testing as well as benchtop dynamometer setup to characterize 100kW electric motor and experiment with control strategies, revealing efficiency gains of up to 17%. Specced and sourced all sensors on the car.
