I am a PhD student in mechanical engineering at Cornell, and a recent graduate of MIT mechanical engineering with a concentration in systems design and controls. I'm interested in applying my skills in modeling, electromagnetics, and controls to renewable energy systems.I have years of hands-on engineering experience through the MIT Formula SAE electric racecar team and internships at NREL, Tesla, NASA JPL, and a robotics startup. Finally, I have extensive leadership and communication experience, and served as a Society of Women Engineers board representative.

Performed full-vehicle dynamic testing as well as benchtop dynamometer setup to characterize 100kW electric motor and experiment with control strategies, revealing efficiency gains of up to 17%.
