As a Records Technician, performed a variety of records management support duties for all four sections of the Elections Division: (1) Candidate Filing/Campaign Finance, (2) Voter Registration/Vote By Mail, (3) Outreach/Ballot Layout, and (4) Elections Officers/Polling Places. Participated in and observed the elections process during two major elections cycles (both a primary and general election), including preparation for the election, conduct of the election, and the official "canvass" period following the election.

Leads the store team in execution of excellent customer service and brand representation. Manages store spending and financial reporting to ensure store profitability.
