Accountable for helping frame SSE short, medium and long-term objectives, supporting the business outcomes for the GM of SSE, RoB planning and execution. Responsible for org-wide communications around 30-60-90-day plans and half year progress, building MS Poll themes and actions, budget & PCN planning and management. Represent CSE&O at the Puget Sound Strategic Planning Committee for space management. Cross CSE&O initiatives include Microsoft Ready, portfolio management and prioritization including move planning, interim CSE&O business manager for 9 months, managing CSE&O LT staff meetings and recording minutes and actions, offsites and RoB.

Org size: 4,300 FTEs, 8,500 vendors, $1.8B budget. Focus areas: Accountable for execution of CIO’s objectives: increasing executive capacity through anticipatory stakeholder/customer management. Responsible for RoB execution and planning in partnership with direct CIO leadership team, cross IT initiatives, facilities management and prioritization that included a re-design project at Millennium C, budget planning and management.

Established and managed internal and external communications functions for IT in India, that was 1100 FTE strong. Responsible for creating and landing content and messaging for All Hands, Town Halls, including HR initiatives such as NEO, MS Poll, D&I and the Management Excellence Community. Planned and managed executive communications and visits. Played a key role in maintaining consistent employee experiences across six businesses in India. Aligned media and PR initiatives with Corp.

Largest general insurer and leading pensions provider in the UK. Focus Areas: Created and managed both internal and external communications programs for Aviva in India and Sri Lanka. Responsible for planning and executing executive communications and PR. Through a focused internal communications campaign, helped maintain a consistent employee communication experience across geographies.
