The Pennsylvania Workforce Development Association (PWDA) is the voice of Pennsylvania’s workforce system, leading the workforce conversation, telling the workforce story, and serving as a resource for workforce development stakeholders in the Commonwealth.We focus on the professional growth and development of Pennsylvania's workforce development professionals, advocacy for critical workforce development policy issues, supporting peer:peer networking, practice sharing and more in order to best serve Pennsylvania jobseekers, workers and employers.
