Roster managing FQHC groups with submissions in sales force, auditing, and meetings with regular communication to verify accuracy

I'm currently auditing programs such as PIMS, NDB, COSMOS, NICE, PROBASE, CSP FACETS, and PHYCON, working out of QUALITY INSIGHT, updating error sheets to SHAREPOINT. Each error needed correcting is clearly typed out with screens shots of the error and snipits from job aids highlighting correct procedure or clerical error. Process improvement suggestions are encouraged by leadership if we have a solution for repeat findings. In addition outside of my job description I create a MS PP daily highlighting my teams numbers but also fun slides to promote team unity and converstaions.
