As a competitive athlete for the majority of my life, I felt as though sports and performance psychology was the mental aspect of my experience that was missing. Therefore, I greatly enjoy being able to learn how to be that mental performance coach for other athletes to enhance their athletic careers. I have 3 years of experience in athletics marketing and am skilled in marketing, communication, social media managing. I also have over 3 years of experience in public speaking in front of large crowds for athletics including as a game day emcee and sports announcer.
