Rebecca is a founding team member at Strong Compute (YC W22). She's led finance and ops from day one, onboarded 10 engineers across 3 time zones, and set up offices in Sydney and SF. She also managed 150+ interns across 20 projects through a university talent program. In addition, she drives product and engineering efforts, designing customer feedback workshops and user adoption initiatives.Before that, she built Western Sydney University’s accelerator, helping over 80 startups and 150 founders. The program scaled to 5+ locations and 35+ staff across Australia, Japan, Indonesia, and India.With a strong background in startup ecosystems, Rebecca has worked with innovation hubs, corporations, and institutions like Telstra (muru-D), NAB, and Landcom. She prides herself on being an early-stage operator focused on building from zero to one.Rebecca is also a National athlete and proudly represented Australia, winning gold at the 2023 Tag Rugby World Cup.
