Serve as a Tailored Reporting Service (TRS) Analyst on the Intelligence team to provide clients with personalized weekly reports detailing Deep and Dark Web chatter. Responsibilities include:• Weekly tailored reports for at least three clients addressing specific priority intelligence requirements set by the client that highlight threat actor posts, account log sales, and conversations targeting their organizations and products. • Investigate requests for information from clients of all sectors. Requests typically include log purchases and information of specific threat actors or groups, a ransomware/malware, or trends in current cyber threats. • Subject matter expert in healthcare-related threats in underground forums and markets typically consisting of groups targeting healthcare, data breaches, and sales of private health information. • Provide clients with daily news updates for a general threat landscape highlighting notable cyber threats occurring around the world.• Interview new candidates for TRS and manager roles to enhance our team’s support to clients and create a diverse and cohesive team.

Served as a Security Technician on the Risk Management Team to identify risks and ways to mitigate them.
