I am a family law solicitor at Wollens and specialise in divorce and finance, as well as private law children matters. I advise clients predominantly across the South West, but also those that live abroad.My main areas of work include:- Preparation of pre/post nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements.- Advice on all aspects of finance on divorce and separation.- Advice on children disputesAs a partner at Wollens, I have full insight into the running of a business which assists when advising about business assets. I have good relationships with accountants, independent financial advisers and other professionals, who not only refer work to me but who also assist on specialist issues such as tax, pensions and borrowing capacity aspects, if required.I have trained and qualified as a family law mediator and collaborative lawyer. This enhances the skills that I am able to provide for clients. I am known to be supportive and empathetic to my clients, giving clear and practical advice and using effective negotiation skills to seek an early resolution of financial and other matters.In my spare time I enjoy travel, sailing and walking my dog.
