As a dedicated Program Manager at the Institute for Economics & Peace (IEP), I specialise in developing and implementing peacebuilding projects with communities and other stakeholders. With a passion for human rights and international development, I bring experience in managing multi-stakeholder projects, fostering strategic partnerships and promoting Positive Peace globally.My responsibilities at IEP include leading the design, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of peacebuilding initiatives. I coordinate and facilitate workshops and training sessions, engage with local communities, governmental and non-governmental organisations, manage partnerships and oversee the IEP Ambassador Program.I hold a Master of Human Rights from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of International Studies from Macquarie University. My professional affiliations include the Australian Civil Society Coalition for Women, Peace & Security and the Asia Pacific Peacebuilding Network.I am passionate about turning challenges into opportunities, solving problems creatively and empowering communities to create lasting, positive change.
