As a European qualified trainer and facilitator I have experience of working in political and complex stakeholder environments in both the public and private sectors at strategic and project level. Over a number of years, I have developed a broad range of tools and techniques across value & risk management and facilitated solutions. Facilitating workshops has been a core activity of my role to enable the development of solutions to complex problems. I have highly developed facilitation skills, combined with excellent report writing, presentation and listening competencies. As lead facilitator I have delivered in excess of 200 workshops, including: risk, value, programme development, learning reviews, strategy formulation, team development, partnering, team organisation, and process development.
