Rebecca brings 10 years of experience as a specialist and regional representative to the role of Regional Associate for the Southwest. After graduating from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, with a bachelor’s degree in history in 2008, she went on to spend four years living and working in Mainland China before returning to the U.K as Head of the Asian Art department at Halls Fine Art. In 2015 she moved to the U.S, working as the Houston representative for New Orleans Auction Galleries before shifting her primary focus to appraising in 2020. She is currently a candidate for Accredited Membership of the Appraisers Association of America and is compliant with Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.
