With over 20 years in the Optical industry my passion for helping people find the perfect frames and lenses for their look and lifestyle is stronger than ever. Although my work as a Dispensing Optician is what I enjoy most, I enjoy many other aspects of providing expert eyecare to patients, from pre-testing patients, frame buying, lab work, and contact lens training, to insurance billing.     After a two year excursion to work with the wonderful people of SPEX I am back on my old stomping ground.I manage all aspects of complex optical practice including an Optometrist, a lab technician and a small staff of Opticians and Apprentice Opticians while maintaining a profitable personal sales record. I handle customer complaints and staff issues requiring diplomacy and a positive outcome. I keep abreast of new product lines and market area trends to best meet the needs of a specific customer base. I maintain an attractive practice environment to appeal to customers and encourage new business.
