- Manage multiple e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, Amazon, and HKTVmall,ensuring optimal performance and sales growth.- Oversee daily online sales operations, including product listings, campaign setup, logistic management,in-store design, online content creation, and more.- Coordinate order processing, tracking, and fulfillment processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers.- Collaborate closely with the graphic designer, merchandise, warehouse, and customer service teams tooptimize product listings, enhance visual content, and address customer inquiries and concerns.- Build and maintain strong relationships with account managers from different platforms to drive sales, negotiate promotional opportunities, and stay informed about platform updates and trends.

- Responsible for the whole recruitment process.- Source and attract candidates, screen CVs, conduct interviews and follow up with candidates.- Build and maintain a good relationship with candidates and clients.
