I am a service designer with a passion for sustainable and inclusive design. My work in a large design consulting firm has solidified my design research skills including writing research plans, crafting interview questions, interview facilitation, synthesis of qualitative data and communicating research insights. I help move teams from this discovery research phase through service blueprinting and customer journey mapping. I have recently also acquired skills in low fidelity prototyping and am proficient in creating Lo fi prototypes in Figma.My educational background in interior design gives me a unique perspective on applying the design process.
