Maintain effective communication within hotel. I lead and manage the human resource function of the hotel ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction and service, compliance with prevailing laws; effective inter-hotel communications, recruitment and selection process, staff training and developmen. Develop and execute creative, meaningful employee relations programs and effective employee counseling. I am also responsible for maximizing revenue by applying and insuring revenue management techniques and philosophies to the management of inventory and room rate structure. I develop, execute and manage pricing and inventory strategies for each date in the future to maximize revenue. I create and maintain relationships with key partners in Hotel Management and Resort Marketing and Sales to ensure all new business initiatives align with the goal of maximizing revenues.
