--Recruit and be the first point of contact for FTC teams, students, coaches and volunteers in Iowa.--Coordinate and manage 80 events per season, between the months of August to March.--Be as a point of reference and share best practices/lessons learned for other Program Delivery Partners across North America.--Coordinate the league system for the FTC teams in Iowa - including forming leagues, providing resources for local events (virtual and in-person meets), coordinating league championships (virtual and in-person), and the FTC-Iowa Championship Event.--Coordinate the North Super Regional Event for 5 years: an event with 72 teams (800+ student participants, ~200 volunteers and 3,000 spectators) representing 13 states. Consisted of securing a venue, planning a menu, recruiting and training volunteers, organizing the schedule of events, working with sponsors, process team registrations, etc. (March 2014- March 2018).--Host a multi-day virtual Professional Development for teachers (August, 2020)--Collect registrations and process payments for teams, including invoicing.--Recruit and train volunteers.--Maintain website, social media and newsletter and other materials for distribution.--Seek and apply for external funding for FTC.--Conduct end-of-season analyses of FTC program in Iowa.--Be an advocate for FTC teams in Iowa.--Manage the Iowa STEM Scale-Up funds for the FTC program, as titled "Service Provider".

As the assistant to the Associate Deans for the College of Engineering, I was responsible for activities such as: planning and organizing commencement (twice a year); planning the Annual Research Open House & Graduate Student Luncheon; helping with choose scheduling and classroom allocations; processing end of semester evaluations, and; many other activities needed for the Associate Dean of Academic Programs and the Associate Dean for Graduate Programs and Research. This position required a lot of organization, self-motivation, and relationship building within The University Of Iowa.

Regional STEM Hub Manager consists of the following duties:--Be the point of contact for approximately 66 school districts and 12 counties of the Southeast region of Iowa.--Conduct the management of the STEM Scale-Up programs in the Southeast STEM region of Iowa.--Manage a regional inventory of all STEM programs in Southeast area of Iowa.--Maintain a website for the Southeast STEM region.--Create a periodic newsletter about the happenings of STEM events in Southeast Region of Iowa--Organize and coordinate a community STEM festival event.--Pursue external funding for STEM program in the Southeast Region of Iowa--Conduct assessment of the STEM Scale-Up programs--Convene, on a regular basis, a STEM Regional Advisory Board--Conduct presentations to local Workforce Development Groups, Economic Development Groups, State and National STEM education programs.--Be an advocate for STEM partnerships with The University of Iowa and Kirkwood Community College.--Provide input and feedback on the development of the Kirkwood STEM Center in Johnson County
