    Due to internal changes within the Omnicom Network (our parent company), my employer switched back to OGS Netherlands. I am now responsible for providing HR support to all Omnicom companies within the Netherlands. As an HR Generalist, I support employees, managers, and leaders with the following:- HR operations: process monthly payroll changes (new hires, employee job changes, leavers, leave of absences, etc.), support our Payroll Specialist, oversee compensation and benefits, etc. - Recruitment: responsible for posting jobs, scheduling job interviews, sending out offer letters, negotiating with candidates.- Onboarding: ensure new hires have a smooth transition and good hiring experience. Lead introduction to HR sessions. - Global Mobility (relocation & immigration support): responsible for submitting Highly Skilled Migrant applications, setting up various relocation appointments, sharing information with new joiners on living in the Netherlands, etc. - Performance and development: develop and implement yearly performance review and objective setting cycles. Support and encourage employee engagement. Provide managers with guidance and support when needed. - Employee well-being: develop and implement employee well-being initiatives such as, Open-up and Empowr. - Coaching/training/general support for managers in HR related activities: performance management, how to give feedback, onboarding/offboarding, re-integration after sickness, conflict management, etc.- Trusted advisor to all employees- First point of contact for all employees and managers with any HR questions or issues- HR improvement projects: implement new platforms (e.g. Greenhouse - Applicant Tracking System), develop onboarding documents and info sessions, develop and implement employee engagement surveys, etc.
