I am an individual who thrives on collaboration and enjoys working with colleagues to plan and execute projects that encompass various aspects of education and ensure that all needs of students are met. I find great satisfaction in problem-solving and value the power of teamwork. Throughout my professional journey, I have often assumed leadership roles in committees and group projects. As a resource teacher, I provide specialized instruction and support to students with various learning needs. I assist in creating individualized intervention plans, curriculum planning, organize team collaboration with school professionals and help foster positive learning environments for diverse learners. My teaching style is flexible, current, universal and student focused. Most importantly, I believe in true relationship building and always ensure that my students feel supported, loved, and safe.
