About Rebecca Youngquist

Like many, I started my career journey unsure of where it would lead. I began college at North Carolina State University in 2011, chasing a childhood dream sparked by seeing my first tornado at age 6. But after one semester, I realized weather just wasn’t my passion. So instead, I spent the next couple of years changing majors like they were going out of style, trying to discover the beginning of the path I was meant to be on.In 2015, things started to click when I landed a leadership role at PetSmart. It was more than just a job—it was my first real lesson in leading by example, inspiring teams, and understanding what true customer service means. I carried many of these lessons with me into what I thought was that path I was searching for.From 2016 to 2021, I served as a Nuclear Reactor Operations Technician in the US Navy. I learned more than just nuclear physics and plant operations -- I learned how to handle immense responsibility and teach others to do the same. Starting up and shutting down reactors while mentoring sailors was one of the most rewarding challenges I’ve ever faced and I still look back today and can feel that adrenaline in calling a reactor critical. During my service, I also began making strides toward earning my undergraduate degree in Business from Penn State University.In the final year of my Naval service, I discovered Salesforce, and it changed the trajectory of my entire career. Through Trailhead, I dove headfirst into Salesforce badges and certifications, determined to master the platform. My passion and hard work led me to a sales operations analyst role where I could really stretch my Salesforce muscles and make an impact. I became a Salesforce Certified Administrator and quickly built a reputation for driving business success through innovative solutions.2023 was a game-changer for me. I earned my Bachelor's degree, stepped into the role of Senior Salesforce Administrator, achieved my Advanced Admin and AI Specialist certifications, and was accepted into Penn State's graduate program for project management. I’m now a 6x Salesforce-certified professional with my sights set on becoming a Certified Technical Architect. I can safely say that I have found my path.My mission? To make Salesforce the tool my team loves using. I want them to log in, see their pipeline, and feel empowered to tackle the day. I’m all about creating more efficient processes that boost revenue and streamline the lead lifecycle. I see the future of Salesforce blazing a trail of possibilities, and I’m here to lead that charge.
